Therapeutic Supports – PHASE

Therapeutic Supports

At PHASE, we understand the importance of offering a comprehensive range of therapies and services to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our Improved Relationships category includes therapies that help you with social interactions and relationships, while our Improved Health & Wellbeing category focuses on activities that support your physical mobility and wellbeing.

Some of the services that we offer in these categories include:

Occupational Therapy: Our Occupational Therapists can help you develop your functional skills to improve your participation and independence in daily activities. If you need assistance with tasks such as showering and cooking, our Occupational Therapists can provide support and strategies.

Behaviour Support: Our Behaviour Support services are designed to help you achieve your goals surrounding mental health, behaviour, and relationships. Our team of psychologists can assist you with implementing positive behaviour strategies and provide counselling where required.

Speech Therapy: Our Speech Pathologists can assist with communication and swallowing. If you require the assistance of communication systems or help with eating, speech therapy will be included in your plan.

Psychology for Early Childhood Interventions: We offer capacity building supports delivered by a psychologist to assist children with disabilities and their families or carers to improve independence and social participation.

At PHASE, we believe that offering a diverse range of therapies and services is essential to providing holistic care and support to our clients. We work closely with you and your support network to develop a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs and helps you achieve your goals. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality services that promote your independence, social participation, and overall wellbeing.
